7 Billion People on Google Maps

7 Billion Actions' Explore Your World, from the United Nations Population Fund, is a Google Maps based application that allows users to look at the correlations between economic, social and demographic variables in the world's population.

The map allows users to explore birth and death rates, growth and other demographic data in the countries of the world. The different data sets can be accessed via the menu at the top of the map and the results are displayed in a choropleth layer on the map.

I wonder if you know of a google map specialist that could create me a website? Its pretty basic. Just a site that my website users can post data with different color markers. Also soemthing that is integrated into my database with my forum? Can you or do you know of someone that can do this?
